Health & Wellness Coaching
Knowing what you want to change and figuring out how to make that change work in your actual life are two different things.
Health and wellness coaching gives you space to step back and look at what matters to you, where you want to go, and what may be getting in the way. Rather than giving you another set of rules to follow, coaching is a collaborative process. We work together to identify your priorities, build on what's already working, and find realistic ways to move toward the health and well-being you want.
I work with people who want to make meaningful changes in areas such as movement, nutrition, sleep, stress, energy, routines, and overall well-being. Sometimes that means working toward a specific goal. Other times, it means figuring out what the goal should be in the first place.
My approach is practical, curious, and flexible. I won't hand you a perfect plan and then measure how well you followed it. Instead, we'll look at what works for you—your values, your circumstances, your strengths, and the inevitable disruptions of real life. When something isn't working, that's information we can use, not evidence that you've failed
What Working Together Looks Like
1. Start with a Discovery Call
A complimentary conversation to talk about what you're looking for, answer questions, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
2. Begin with an Initial Session
A longer first coaching session where you explore your priorities, what matters to you, and where you'd like to begin.
3. Continue with Ongoing Coaching
Individual sessions focused on your goals, what's working, what's getting in the way, and what you want to do next.
