Health and wellness coaching is a collaborative process that helps you clarify what you want for your health and well-being and figure out how to move toward it in a way that works in your life. Rather than giving you a prescribed plan to follow, I'll help you explore your priorities, strengths, challenges, and options so you can decide what changes make sense for you.
-
Coaching can focus on many areas that affect your health and well-being, including movement, nutrition, sleep, stress, energy, routines, self-care, and creating greater balance in your life.
-
No. Coaching focuses primarily on where you are now, where you'd like to go, and what might help you move forward. It isn't psychotherapy and doesn't diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
-
Generally, no. My role as a coach isn't to prescribe a diet, exercise program, or treatment plan.
We can absolutely talk about nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and other aspects of well-being, but our focus will be on helping you decide what you want to do and what is realistic and meaningful for you. When you need individualized medical, nutritional, or exercise advice outside the scope of coaching, I'll encourage you to work with an appropriately qualified professional.
-
There isn't a set agenda that every client follows. We'll usually begin by deciding what would be most useful to focus on that day. I'll listen, ask questions, reflect what I'm hearing, and help you explore what's working, what's getting in the way, and what possibilities you see.
You may leave a session with a specific action you want to take—or with greater clarity about something you've been trying to figure out. Both can be meaningful progress.

Sessions are held virtually, so you can meet with me from a private, comfortable location that's convenient for you.escription

There are no packages or long-term commitments required. We can decide together what frequency of coaching makes sense for you, and that can change over time.
Your first step is a complimentary 15-minute discovery call, which gives us a chance to talk about what you're looking for, answer any questions, and see whether coaching together feels like a good fit.
